ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES: I joined Cloudhead Games as Senior Producer a month before they shipped the original product on November 7th of 2019. After that, I was responsible to re-organize the entire team, establishing proper process, product roadmap and guidance for them and the studio leadership as whole. After a few successful updates later, I got promoted for the Executive Producer role and now I'm focused in the studio growth (I was their 13th hire and now we are almost 40) and the upcoming new original IP.
